Our Food Production team is led by an internationally trained chef and a Neopolitan certified baker that can produce anything from simple breads, focacce, pizza dough crusts, naan and flatbreads, to your wildest specialty items like custom flavoured pastries, deliciously prepared or cooked meat, seafood, vegetarian, vegan, macrobiotic or gluten-free creations in fresh & frozen formats!
We can develop and create these food items in your facility or have partner facilities where we can operate and provide to you as an outsourced food prep team when needed.
